A: Waterlogic products are extremely reliable. Waterlogic supports its extensive research and development with rigorous quality assurance checks before dispatching product. A limited service/maintenance schedule is required. It is strongly recommended that a qualified engineer, readily available through Waterlogic, carries out installations and servicing.

Q: What are the pricing structure and payment terms?
A: It is strict company policy to supply solely by way of distributors, and this information is discussed on a one-on-one basis.

A: It is very much dependant on the agreement created.

A: This is possible subject to review; there are minimum criteria and commitments that need to be agreed.
