Project Assistant

ROLE

To support as the key project assistant across various business global time zones. The Project Assistant will take full responsibility for assisting the Project Manager in coordinating the tasks and activities of the project ensuring cost, schedule, document control and quality standards are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting with planning projects
  • Contributing to managing the project work flow gaining critical information from all stakeholders to maintain the critical time path for all projects
  • Tracking and reporting progress as needed
  • Coordinating production meetings
  • Facilitating team communication to perform telephone and video conference calls

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a junior / assistant project manager role
  • Professional attitude and pro-active approach to work
  • Great organisational aptitude and planning skills
  • Excellent account management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and Visio
  • Prince Project Management qualification or equivalent required
