Retention Marketing Manager

This challenging new role requires an experienced marketing strategist to manage and take the lead in increasing customer retention by delivering ambitious marketing plans.


  • Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with agreed retention targets globally
  • Develop and implement an integrated marketing plan that focuses on increasing customer retention whilst adhering to brand objective
  • Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit and drive in retaining existing client base, lapsed client base and new business
  • Generate innovative ideas to promote brand, products and service
  • Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels
  • You will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of brand campaigns/strategies
  • Fully understand the marketplace and anticipate changes that could impact the industry
  • Responsible for organising project review meetings, issuing timely updates/progressions to include updating company shareholder globally based.
  • Observing and running PR campaigns, running display advertising
  • Leading the initiatives with a ‘Hands on’ approach. Understanding of different channels and their influence on retention. Experience running webinars, paid social media programs, ABT, produce videos.
  • In relation to the contact centre you will need to continuously review and improve service processes and systems to deliver increased levels of customer satisfaction whilst maximising profitability
  • Develop and maintain a close and effective professional relationship with your internal colleagues both within the contact centre and other company departments


  • Proven results in a retention/brand role as a retention marketing strategist/brand manager
  • Demonstrable experience generating strategic marketing campaigns
  • Experience within advertising marketing as well as managing projects is essential
  • Self-motivated, highly organised, and have good attention to detail
  • Experience using MAP platform/Web technologies/ Digital skills
  • Hands-on experience of using social media to drive brand awareness and retention
  • Strong analytical skills and customer profiling/bench marking

  • Educated to degree level and ideally CIM qualified
