Many answers can be found instantly and without the need to pick up a phone.

  • How should I clean my POU water dispenser?

A quick wipe of the exterior with a damp, lint free cloth is all that is needed to keep the outside clean. Try to avoid touching the dispensing nozzle with your fingers and avoid using alcohol-based or abrasive cleaning products. You can also hand wash the reservoir with warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
  • How often do I need to replace my water filter?

We recommend that you annually replace the filter, regardless of how often you use your Waterlogic POU dispenser.
  • If my POU water dispenser has a problem, how long would it take to repair or replace?

If there is ever a problem or issue with your POU water dispenser, we aim to repair or replace your system as soon as possible.
  • Which technologies are used in my POU water dispenser?

Waterlogic dispensers include carbon multi-filtration or reverse osmosis systems, UV purification and BioCote® anti-microbial protection. Carbon filtration works to remove chlorine and waterbourne bad tastes and odors. UV Purification is positioned at the point of dispense and destroys 99.9999% bacteria, including E.Coli, Salmonella and Hepatitis. All Waterlogic dispensers are BioCote® protected on the outside and the inside, which protects against against surface germs and lastbut not least, Reverse Osmosis works to provide a higher level of filtration and removes particles such as acid, salts, nitrates, pesticides and arsenic, to name a few.
  • Can everyone use a Waterlogic water dispenser?

If you have access to a mains water supply, we can install a Waterlogic water cooler. You'll be spoilt for choice when you see our range but our water experts can advise the best options for your needs.
  • Can I install my POU water dispenser?

We advise that installations must be carried out by a qualified service technician. Failure to do so could result in future complications and it is important that you are quickly connected to an endless supply of fresh drinking water.
  • What does it mean when the red service light is flashing on my water cooler?

If the bottleless water cooler is disturber in any way, it will automatically turn off the water and display the message "tank overfill." To reset, simply unplug and plug it back in.
  • I have consumed all the purified water in the reserve tank. How long should I wait before refilling my bottleless water cooler with water?

Allow the system 10 minutes to process and refill the reserve tank.
  • My filter service light is on. What should I do?

If the service light comes on, it means your cooler needs a service soon. This does not mean your water is no longer safe to drink, but you can contact us for a service request.
  • My bottleless water cooler is not dispensing any hot water. What can I do?

First, make sure you are pressing both red buttons at the same time. Then, check the switch on the back left side of the machine to make sure it is in the "on" position. Allow the system 20 minutes to fill. The hot tank needs the main tank to be at least half full before it can produce hot water.
