Cerise water cooler isn’t heating

If your Cerise water cooler doesn't appear to be heating correctly, please try the following:

  1. Double check that the machine is plugged in and switched on
  2. Check that the machine has not been overused. The machine may need time to re-heat if it has had a high volume of usage
  3. Double check that the hot switch is turned on. This is located behind the lift up panel at the front of the machine
