UK water cooler supplier Angel Springs attended the Compton Hospice 70's night on Saturday and a fantastic night was had by all. With a live band 'Bootleg Abba' and a 70's disco they enjoyed traditional 70's food.
There was a silent auction and also a live bidding auction for which Angel Springs donated a weekend away for 2 in York which raised £200! In total on the night the Hospice raised over £3000 which was a fantastic amount and makes a real difference to the charity.
Rachel Jones Commercial Manager commented ' We had a fantastic night and I would like to thank all the staff who went, and for all the effort they made with their outfits. Our MD John Dundon looked fabulous in his costume and strangely he managed to dance really well in his platform boots!' Angel Springs has supported the Hospice for many years now and we are proud to be able to help them meet the huge running costs they need each year.
Compton Hospice provides palliative care for around 1,500 people from Wolverhampton and surrounding areas. At any one point, the hospice cares for more than 625 local people with life-limiting illnesses.
