Angel Springs Launches Free School Fun Run Guide

Angel Springs has always been heavily involved with local charities and good causes. Since launching our Free Water Initiative in March of this year, we’ve helped a wide variety of charity events run smoothly with our free water bottles. But we want even more people to benefit from the initiative, so we’ve put together a handy free school fun run guide. The guide contains lots of information to help parents, head teachers and anyone else wanting to put together a charity run. It covers all aspects of preparing the fun run, with advice on picking a suitable site, how to plan out the route, and ensuring you have the right permission and insurance to go ahead with the event It also offers advice for what to do on the day of the fun run, how teachers can incorporate the fun run into lesson plans, and how to set up a Just Giving site to make sure raising funds for the event itself is as quick and easy as possible. So if you’re thinking about organising a fun run, why not look at our guide online – it’s free and if you decide to organise one, contact us and we may be able to supply you with bottled water. We decided to donate a whopping 12,000 bottles of water to good causes each year – that’s up to 1,000 each month. So far, we’ve donated water to help The Holy Trinity Primary School, a golf afternoon for Nottingham City Hospital, the Carsington 7+ run, and a 10K run in aid of Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research. We’ve also provided water for the Ashridge Half Marathon and the Walk to Remember – both in aid of Rennie Grove Hospice Care.
