Make sure to give clear and comprehensive instructions to your team to reduce any ambiguity and confusion between team members and let the rest of your team follow in your footsteps.

    Be mindful not to complain about any members of staff nor get involved in any arguments, and your team should admire the example you set.

    Consider The Situation As An Opportunity

    Any area of confusion or conflict is an area of growth and development. If a situation begins to erupt, ask the team what the real cause was. Often people will give a superficial answer, but when they really think about it, it is likely to come from confusion or differing of opinion which didn’t deserve to be blown up out of proportion.
