Waterlogic Americas acquires four companies in December to end 2020


Waterlogic continues to expand its Canadian & American presence.

Grapevine, TX, December 31stth, 2020 --- Waterlogic, a vertically integrated global designer, manufacturer, distributor, and service provider of drinking water systems, is pleased to announce four acquisitions in December: Empire Filtered Water, Krystal Klear Water, Aqua Clear Water Systems’ POU business, and Classwater Inc.

  • Empire Filtered Water, acquired from Scott Levy, adds significant density to Waterlogic’s existing operations in Long Island and New York City.
  • Krystal Klear Water, acquired from Vince DiRe, extends our direct presence into Buffalo, New York and adds a new Waterlogic branch in Western New York.
  • Aqua Clear Water Systems’ POU business, acquired from David and Krista Brewster, bolsters Waterlogic’s existing footprint near Knoxville, Tennessee.
  • Classwater Inc, acquired from William Solomon, expands Waterlogic America’s rental and servicing presence throughout Canada.

With the addition of these four acquisitions, Waterlogic completed a total of 12 acquisitions within the last 5 months of 2020.
