  • The current issue with your product
  • Where you purchased the product
  • When you purchased the product
  • The best contact details for us to call you back on.

Once you've provided all these details a customer service representative will be in touch to resolve your problems.
  • My product is out of its 12-month warranty and has a fault, what can I do?

    Unfortunately as the product of outside of warranty there is nothing we can do to help. We advise that you get in touch with the retailer you purchased the product from for more information.
