"I am proud to announce our sale to Waterlogic. While I have been hesitant to sell over the past few years, the M&A team relieved any anxiety we had about the selling process as they took on all the heavy lifting. After working with them, I have no doubt that our customers will continue to be well cared for during this new chapter." Stephen and Holly Carlisle, Owners, AquaJava

The acquisition represents both a significant addition to Waterlogic Americas’ customer base, both water and coffee, while also allowing entry into a new market. Waterlogic is now even better positioned for continued growth within the South.
