Waterlogic Americas deepens roots in the Peach State
Grapevine, TX, September 3rd, 2020 --- Waterlogic, a vertically integrated global designer, manufacturer, distributor, and service provider of drinking water systems, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Crosswater Filtration. A provider of bottleless and bottled water coolers, ice machines, and coffee, Crosswater has been owned and operated by Brad Carroll in Marietta, Georgia since 2012.
"After almost 25 years in the bottled water and water filtration industry, I decided it was time for a change. It did not take long for me to see that Waterlogic was an ideal fit for this transition. The Waterlogic team was great to work with and really streamlined the process, turning what could have been a stressful sale into a very easy process. The knowledge and customer service I have seen from all Waterlogic employees further assured me that my customer base is in great hands." Brad Carroll, Owner, Crosswater Filtration
The acquisition increases density in Georgia while adding a loyal base of water and coffee customers to Waterlogic's national operations.
"I am pleased to announce the acquisition of Crosswater Filtration, a leading bottleless and bottled water cooler provider in the state of Georgia. Brad built a great water business serving leading businesses throughout the state. We are excited to add to our existing operations in the Georgia market following our acquisition of Pure Water Technology of Georgia in 2019." Casey Taylor, CEO, Waterlogic Americas
