This was the first 10K run they had organised and Waterlogic the UK’s leading water cooler service provider donated 300 sports cap bottles of pure English water. Dudley Kingswinford Rugby Club

At Waterlogic we get involved whenever we can with community events that raise money and awareness for good causes. The DK 10K run held at the Kingswinford Ruby Club was a way for us to show our support.

Julia Warrilow, Jane Plested and Andrea Brazier all from our accounts department at head office took part in the race and managed to complete the course in an amazing 1 hour and 13 minutes. All commented “it was challenging but very enjoyable to be a part of the race,” with over 700 participants the event was a huge success.

The event this year was held to support Parkinson’s disease which affects 1 in every 500 in the UK which is an astonishing 120,000 people, and at Waterlogic we understand the importance of how much awareness about the disease needs to be raised and were more than happy to take part in getting the message across.
