Returns Terms and Conditions

Returns and refunds

Waterlogic will offer a full refund if an item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it’s supposed to. This also applies to items purchased in a sale.

Waterlogic can not offer a refund if any of the following apply:

  • You knew the item was faulty when you bought it.
  • You damaged an item by trying to repair it yourself or getting someone else to do it.
  • You no longer want an item (for example because it’s the wrong size or colour).

Waterlogic will offer a refund for certain items only if they’re faulty, such as:

  • Personalised items and custom-made items, for example curtains.

Online, mail and phone order sales

Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty.

Customers have 14 days to cancel an order and another 14 days to return any item(s). Waterlogic will refund customers within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).

Repairs and replacements

Waterlogic may offer to repair or replace an item if a customer has ‘accepted’ the item, but later discovers a fault. The customer can still reject the item after it’s been repaired or replaced.

A customer has accepted an item if they’ve:

  • Told Waterlogic they’ve accepted it (having had enough opportunity to inspect the item before confirming they’ve received it).
  • Altered the item.

Waterlogic will repair or replace an item if a customer returns it within 6 months - unless there is proof it was not faulty when the customer bought it.

Waterlogic can ask a customer to prove an item was faulty when they bought it if they ask for a repair or replacement after 6 months.

Customers have up to 6 years to make a claim (5 years in Scotland).

Warranties and guarantees

Customers have the same right to free repairs or a replacement regardless of whether they have a warranty or guarantee or not.

Proof of purchase

Waterlogic can ask the customer for proof of purchase. This could be a sales receipt or other evidence such as a bank statement or packaging.

Items returned by someone other than the buyer

Waterlogic will only accept returns from the person who bought the item.
