However, most of us are guilty of not drinking enough of the good old H2O because we are either too busy or simply don't like how it tastes. This can be a particular problem when you have deadlines to meet during the day in your place of work. 1. Add a natural fruit to make a tasty fruit infusion

If you find water bland and tasteless, jazz up your replenishing experience by infusing your water with orange slices, watermelon chunks, lemons, kiwis, or raspberries. 2. Use a water drinking app

There are tons of apps available to help you solve your hydration woes. These apps keep track of how many glasses or ounces of water you have consumed. You can also get a tech-savvy smart water bottle that connects with your phone to log sips and reminds you how much you have left for the day. There is no better mental trigger than a loud jingle or notification alert to get you back on your hydration track.

3. Bring a durable, reusable water bottle which you can refill

Pushing yourself to hydrate more often may come down to purchasing a pretty new reusable water bottle. Just like a brand spanking new outfit or new shoes can motivate you when you start your day, a trendy water bottle can motivate you to regularly refilling throughout the day.
